Company Incorporation

Everything You Need to Know About Company Incorporation in India

Incorporating a company is the first step toward building a successful business. Whether you're a solo entrepreneur or a group of co-founders, it's important to register your company legally to ensure smooth operations, protect your assets, and gain credibility in the market.

  • Choose the appropriate business structure: Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC, etc.
  • Obtain Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) and Director Identification Numbers (DIN)
  • Reserve your company name via the RUN or SPICe+ form on the MCA portal

Once your company name is approved, the next step is to file the incorporation documents such as the Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and necessary declarations. These documents are submitted through the MCA's SPICe+ form.

After successful submission and verification, you'll receive the Certificate of Incorporation along with your Company Identification Number (CIN). From here, you can apply for PAN, TAN, open a current account, and start your operations. It's also advisable to register under GST and MSME if applicable.
